Processing Times
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours (express/priority)/48 hours (free shipping) to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am CET will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am CET on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!
